Make It Mercer
We hope you had a blast!
Hundreds of future Mercerians and their families flocked to the Macon campus on Saturday, April 13, for Make It Mercer 2013—a special event exclusively for accepted students. The all-day celebration kicked off with breakfast and a morning pep rally in the University Center before students and their guests set out on different agendas to help them get to know Mercer and each other. After exploring campus, speed-dating for roommates, attending information sessions, and getting a preview of Mercer football action, attendees reconvened for an inspiring scholarship recognition ceremony. The day culminated with a block party in Mercer Village and BearStock 2013—Mercer's annual free outdoor music festival—rocking into the night at Tatnall Square Park.
